Sixth grade is very interesting to be in. You are loaded down on responsibility therefore you are treated like a half adult. The people are 10times stronger and the food is 10000 times better. I have survived 6th grade and here is my advice to you that I have learned to help me survive. Number 1 you need to know is what teachers hate. They all hate talking, but one thing you never do to Coach Terry is give him excuses just take your part of the blame unless it’s really 100% not your fault. One of my classmates did this and Coach Terry was looking for any little thing to get mad at him for and in Coach Terry’s do your work if you don’t do these things he will like you. In Coach Bohns don’t blurt out or interrupt him one time I decided to yell out I will win that’s when I found out he hated kids doing that. The other thing to know to survive 6th grade is how to manage your stuff like pencils. For instance, if you find one on the ground keep it you need to hoard all the pencils, and keep them in your computer never think you have enough and make sure you have a backup pen and pencil. At one time I had 24 pencils and lost them all I got three marks because all three days I didn’t have a pencil or a pen. If, you hoard them you will have enough for your classmates when they need one in return they will do the same to you. These are some tips that I used to make the best years of middle school you will learn more as the year goes on so good luck.
